As you have known by now, AGLOCO will only be paying members in the next couple of months and members are advised to maintain their monthly 5 hours log in their viewbar to accumulate log in hours.

When are the cash payouts going to begin?

The simple answer is that it depends on "when AGLOCO makes enough money to both pay Members and be a sustainable business". But, by using the Viewbar you are accumulating credit towards the cash payments right now

How are the cash payments going to work?

So, here are three of the potential ways AGLOCO can pay Members. As you know, when you use the Viewbar you accumulate hours (currently up to 5 hours/month, and plus a credit of referral hours at a 25% rate). These hours, both your monthly totals and your overall accumulated hours, are the basis for cash distributions.

Monthy Viewbar hours: Based on the hours you and your referrals surf each month, you will get a share of the "distribution pie". Your share is equal to your percentage of the total hours accumulated by all Members (including referral hours). How would this work? Here is a hypothetical example. Suppose in a given month AGLOCO distributes $100,000 for that month’s hour accumulation. Also suppose that the total hours all Members have accumulated that month is 1,000,000 hours. This means that AGLOCO would pay $0.10 for each hour you are credited with that month. So in this example if you had accumulated (yourself plus referrals) 500 hours that month, you would be paid $50.

Total Viewbar hours: AGLOCO may also pay in the same manner as above based on total accumulated hours. This would "weight" the payment more towards those Members who joined and began accumulating hours earlier (including the time before the cash payouts have begun).
AGLOCO buying Hours for Cash: Here’s how it would work. AGLOCO would set a price per hour (say, $0.15), and we allow Members to sell their hours back to us at that rate. There would likely be a minimum number of hours you could sell. For instance, AGLOCO may only allow you to sell in 100-hour blocks. Hours that you sell would be deducted from your total accumulated hours for future distributions.

For those who are new to AGLOCO, they started membership drive on November 21, 2006 and on June 4, 2007, members are allowed to download the viewbar and are required to log in monthly 5 hours to accumulate members log in hours. Members will not only be paid on their own monthly log in hours but calculated with their members network log in hours too. Many members are disappointed with the delay and are expecting payment earlier, but frankly, based from my review on the viewbar ads, it will be in a couple of months from now. Will member lose out?

For those who quit, yes, but for those who are patient and keep on logging for 5 hours each month and accumulating log in hours all the way will GAIN!

Frankly, if you use the Internet regularly, logging into AGLOCO viewbar is really not much of an effort since you’ve been paying the Internet for some other things that you need to do (the viewbar will not disturb you). But for those who used the Internet merely to log into AGLOCO viewbar will definitely feel the pinch.

What will be my recommendation?

If it’s a share market..the answer will be Hold and keep it as a long term investment. Meaning, be patient, keep on logging in 5 hours a month and you will be rewarded at the end of the day..rather than keep counting the days and months that goes by.

What’s the other alternative to earn?

Frankly, when we started promoting AGLOCO in February 2007 as a program where you can start earning from the Internet, we are very sure that members will be getting their 1st payment somewhere in July 2007. Tune Money gets Bank Negara nod for prepaid cards

PETALING JAYA: Tune Money Sdn Bhd, which is due to launch its no-frills online financial services by the fourth quarter, has received its first regulatory approval from Bank Negara to issue prepaid cards – credit cards without debt – in Malaysia.

It also received the central bank's approval to perform international remittances, meaning that Tune Money prepaid cardholders would be able to transfer funds overseas using their cards. Chief executive officer Tengku Zafrul Aziz said in a statement that the two approvals meant Tune Money could go ahead to launch its personalised prepaid card later this year.

Tune Money Sdn. Bhd. said its no-frills Prepaid VISA cards will be unveiled latest by November after another product, a low-cost insurance and unit trust sale on the Internet, is launched. The cards will be issued in collaboration with Visa.
Tune Money is 45 percent owned by Tune Venture Sdn. Bhd., a private company in which Tony Fernandes, the founder of budget airline AirAsia, has a majority stake.

The prepaid Visa cards, which will have a stored value of as much as 10,000 ringgit (US$2,900; €2,260), will be targeted at low-income earners who are unable to get regular credit cards because banks don't recognize their creditworthiness, said a Tune Money statement

Tune Money says that people without a credit card — at least 70 percent of employed Malaysians — are deprived of all the cheap deals available online such as discounted tickets, holidays and hotel rooms.

"It's ironic that those who most need the savings you can get from the deals online have no access to it because they do not qualify for a credit card," Zafrul Aziz.
